Black Fort is a boutique geopolitical risk intelligence firm based in New York, NY. We produce structured, sourced, and actionable intelligence products including a daily Strategic Intelligence Brief, per-country travel and hunting safety briefs, and custom geopolitical risk assessments for institutions, international travelers, and investors.
2. Products and Services
Black Fort offers digital intelligence products and professional consulting services. All products are intended for your personal use or your organization’s internal business use only. Our products are not intended for users under the age of 18.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed in US dollars. Black Fort offers subscription-based products. Subscriptions do not automatically renew and no free trial is offered unless explicitly stated. All sales of digital products and services are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on digital goods or completed service engagements.
4. Cancellations
To cancel a subscription, contact us directly at Karthik.Misra@blackfortllc.com. Cancellation requests will be processed within a reasonable time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including intelligence briefs, analysis, methodology, data, and design, is the property of Black Fort LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Fort’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our platform or services shall be limited to the amount you paid to Black Fort in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Black Fort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York, United States. Black Fort agrees to pay arbitration fees if deemed excessive. If a dispute proceeds in court, it shall be heard in New York, New York.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email to the address on file. Continued use of our platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
