The Pentagon on Tuesday named the fourth U.S. service member killed in the deadliest stretch of the war: Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad, 28, of Ozone Park, New York, previously listed as missing, is now believed to have died July 17 in the Iranian attack on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, Jordan. He joins 1st Lt.
